UPDATE: Deliveries To The USA Suspended

Following the news that our packages will be subject to new import tariffs from the end of August we have regrettably had to take the decision to temporarily suspend all deliveries to the USA from Thursday 21st August. Previously these tariffs did not apply to packages below $800 in value, but the latest changes mean that all packages will now be subject to the new tariffs.

As it stands, we are not fully clear on the levels of these tariffs or exactly how they will be applied, so this decision has been made to minimise disruption for our customers in the short term. We anticipate that any orders placed on or before Thursday 21st August will not be impacted by these new tariffs.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately this is a situation that is out of our control. We hope to be in a position to update customers on this situation over the coming weeks and to resume services as soon as we possibly can.

USA & Canada Orders

At WoolBox, we aim to Dispatch your Order as quickly as possible, typically within 1 - 3 Working days, though this may be a little longer during promotional periods, Bank Holidays or times of Industrial Action.

North American Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail International & DHL Express. These orders are delivered using their courier partners, which will differ from country to country. Delivery charges for North American Orders are detailed below:

International Orders (USA & Canada Orders) Terms & Conditions

All International orders are delivered using either Royal Mail (Standard Shipping) and DHL (Express Shipping). Shipping Costs are calculated by weight of your order. Import duties & taxes may also be chargeable on International Orders which are levied once a package arrives in your country in line with country specific De Minimis Values set by your countries government - Detailed Below. Any duties, taxes or customs are your responsibility. WoolBox have no control over these charges and would not be able to accurately detail what they would be on each order. Please allow extra time for your orders to clear customs.

If selecting Royal Mail Standard Shipping (Untracked), please allow 6 weeks before classing a parcel as missing, as parcels often turn up during this timescale. Please note we cannot provide a tracking number for orders fulfilled using this delivery method.
